Expression of Interest for ASCUS Microscopy Course

Our world is full of things invisible to the human eye. Have you ever seen the micro patterns of everyday objects? Can you imagine how much life is in a drop of water or a single gram of soil?

After a long break, we are so excited to be bringing our beginners microscopy course back!

This course will be for anyone interested in developing skills in microscopy to apply to their own personal and/or creative practice. We will cover every stage of microscopy including sample collection and preparation, staining, using a range of different microscopes and illumination techniques for different sample types, tips and tricks to find things on the micro-scale and imaging.

To run the course on the scale we are planning (4x 3hr sessions), the cost would be approximately £250-£300 per person (£62.5-£75 per 3hr session). Is this in your budget considering what is being offered?
